Le Marden Hotel Spa

We spent two weeks in Turkey and received the most unfriendly reception when we arrived. He didn’t tell us the Wi-Fi password; and it is a hotel SPA yet massage wasn’t open until 8pm. You also had to pay extra for the spa/hot tub. At least the pool was free 🙄 Called before booking to check availability and room type. We were told it was a room with a Mountain View. It was a view of a fence. I spoke to the same grumpy man at the desk and he shrugged his shoulders at me. When we were about to leave for dinner we found a bedbug. Spoke to a different staff member (possibly the manager?) who came up to inspect. He apologised and said he would get us another room. While he’s gone, another bedbug was found. Moved to the new room upstairs (the view is now of a field of dead grass with a chain link fence surrounding it) and inspected the beds. Found an ant, spider, and some random’s hair on the new bed. By this time it was 8.45pm, we were tired from a full day of travel, and figured the rooms just weren’t going to improve so accepted our fates of having been tricked into paying too much for a gross place. Bathrooms both smelt like rotten eggs. No coffee or tea in the new room either. Not worth the money at all. Rude staff. Gross place.

The room was small but clean. The bathroom smelled really bad and the coffee set of the room wasn't complete (look at my picture). The staff members at the lobby and the breakfast were unfriendly, almost unpolite and not professional enough for a high standing hotel like this one. The breakfast disappointed me: some stuff was unavailable, the concumbers and the tomatoes did not looked fresh, the staff member was always on his phone and did even not reacted as we said hello to him. We paid more than 70 euros per nights in this hotel, this is largely overpriced !

First, this is not a 5 star hotel, not sure how on earth this place have these much good reviews. The room size is just big enough to fit a bed, the hot water for the shower have pressure issue and not fully functional, the receptionist can't be bothered to share a smile, travel Turkey for 14days, stayed in 7 hotels, this is for sure the worst and only one don't even offer water in the room. it kind cheap, but if you want a good sleep, please find another place.

Hausekeeping : our room is cleaned and towels changed everyday. In addition the room was so fresh after cleaning. Breakfast: every single thing is fresh and tasty at the breakfast. Rooms: We stayed in the room on the garden floor. There all rooms have own balcony. The sun didnt disturb us. We even didnt need AC most of the time. However room was a little bit small for us because they needed to set up a small bed for our 5 month old baby. Interior: Interior was designed very well in a modern style, building is new. There are two swimming pools, one of them is small and suitable for babies. There are extra facilities: Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Wifi: You can use free wife most of the place in the hotel area including rooms. However the connection is slow in room. Location: Le Marden hotel is located in Tekirova/Kemer. Tekirova region has great natural view ; forest, mountains, sea all together. The hotel is away from beach 800 meters. If you staying in Le Marden Hotel, you have free entrance to private beach named Kailani. Restaurants, markets, souvenir shops are close to hotels.

Amazing small hotel, quiet, calm, nice manager who reads Tolstoy (!!!). Amazing clean pool, hamam, sauna, very clean modern and comfortable rooms, but quite small... Very good quality toilet and shower with full set of toilettiers, free juice and turkish tea. No alcohol hotel.perfect for quiet family stay, not on the 1st line to the beach, but one of the local beaches is free for hotel guests. Close to local restaurants. Highly recommend!

This boutique hotel is absolutely amazing! Fast and efficient check-in The rooms are clean and neat, as a clean freak I recommend this hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, makes my stay here a pleasant experience. The pool is clean and there is space to just lay and relax all day without getting in anyone’s way. I actually booked for one week, because I enjoyed it so much I booked one more week. They even have a hamam, sauna and jacuzzi witch is great to spend time on before I went to sleep. I especially want to thank Faruk for making my stay a pleasant experience. See you guys next year
